43rd Pledge Class - Fall 2015
Christa Mascho-Hammett
Graduated: Dec 2018
Since Graduating: Oh wow.. Unfortunately I was in a major car accident where a school bus hit me on my way to work months before going to OCS for the US Army (I had been in the NG already for 4 years) and then Police Academy. It was tough, and I had to reevaluate EVERYTHING. But things happen for a reason, and now I’m a domestic violence and sexual assault advocate for FIVE colleges in Western NY. It’s tough, but I love my job, so really I guess I should thank that bus driver? Otherwise, I am married to my husband Chris. And while I can’t have kids, we make up for it by rescuing animals! We currently have three huskies (we had 4), a mountain mix dog, and three cats, so basically we have 6 teenagers and a toddler 🤣 I’m so glad I stayed back to be able to keep our sorority going, because all of you have made it what it is now!!
Advice to Active/Future Lambdas: It does get tougher after school guys. Do the thing. Study abroad, go to that music festival, take that weird cooking class, backpack across Europe! (I did, that’s a story for another time(; lol) and never, EVER, let a partner dull your shine. YOU are in control of your life, never give that up.

47th Pledge Class - Spring 2019
Alyssa Reyes
Graduated: 2021
Since Graduating: Since graduating, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings and learn from incredible clinicians, gaining meaningful hands-on experience in patient care. I went on to earn my master’s degree in 2023 and am now a Doctor of Chiropractic student at the University of Pittsburgh, continuing to grow as a clinician with a focus on evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Advice to Active/Future Lambdas: Say yes to opportunities that scare you a little, lean on your sisters often, and trust that you don’t have to have everything figured out right now. The connections you’re building and the confidence you’re gaining will carry you much farther than you realize. And most importantly, have FUN!

Bella Anderson
Graduated: 2025
Since Graduation: Currently getting my doctorate in physical therapy. Coaching the UPB cheer team.
Advice to Active/Future Lambdas: To our current and future sisters — remember that this sorority is what you make of it. The love, support, and friendships you put in are exactly what you’ll get back. Say yes to showing up, even when it feels uncomfortable. Go to the events, have the late-night talks, make the effort — that’s where the real memories and best friends come from. You’ll find people here who become your biggest cheerleaders and your safe place on hard days. Don’t rush it. Trust that the right friendships will find you. And always know that you’re never doing this alone — this sisterhood is built on love, support, and choosing each other every day. Friendship loyalty and trust always.
